Pensacola Mardi Gras (January through Fat Tuesday (February or early March, varies by year)). Multi-week Mardi Gras celebration organized by Pensacola Mardi Gras Inc., with origins traced to 1874. Grand Parade held the Saturday before Fat Tuesday. The organization does not claim to be the oldest in the USA.
Fiesta of Five Flags (Late May through early June). Annual 10-day heritage festival commemorating Pensacola's founding by Tristan de Luna in 1559 and the city's history under five governments. Established 1950; one of the oldest heritage festivals in Florida.
Pensacola Beach Air Show featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels (July (2025: July 9-12; 2026: July 18)). Annual summer air show over Pensacola Beach featuring the Blue Angels and other aerobatic performers. Free to spectators on the beach.
Blue Angels Homecoming Air Show at NAS Pensacola (November (2025: Nov 14-15; 2026: Nov 6-7)). Annual end-of-season homecoming show at Sherman Field, Naval Air Station Pensacola. Free and open to the public; REAL ID required for base access.
